2026 Prom Booking

MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING:

Please take time to review our prom 2026 layout that will answer many of the questions you may have about the process. After completion of this application, you will be contacted via email/phone to set up a consultation.

Prom Attire:
Kechantra Marae, LLC will create a custom garment using provided ideas and/or inspiration photos. Your garment WILL NOT be an exact replica of your inspiration photos.

Terms of Payment:
There is a booking/consultation fee of $100 that WILL go towards your full balance. There are two installment payments scheduled for this agreement unless client chooses to pay in full: 50% Initial Deposit and 50% Final Deposit (remaining balance). Your spot will only be secured when the booking fee is paid. Booking fee is non-refundable.

Production Process:
Please allow 4-6 weeks after the initial deposit is paid to receive your order: 1 week for supplies to be ordered and received, 2-3 weeks for production of garment, 1 week for shipping after the final deposit is received. No drastic changes will be allowed to the agreed upon design once the initial deposit is paid and production begins.

Refund/Changes/Cancellation Policy:
Kechantra Marae, LLC cannot accept any returns for ANY reason once the client has signed this agreement.Refunds cannot be issued during or after the production process for any reason.

Once the client has cancelled an order, either by verbal or written communication, Kechantra Marae, LLC has the right to stop production of the order and use the garment, fabrics, or materials for company use. Kechantra Marae, LLC. is not responsible for any mishaps, including but not limited to rips, tears, broken seams, or stains to the garment once the garment has been shipped and/or is in the client’s care.

Agreement:
You acknowledge by your signature below that you have read and agree to Kechantra Marae, LLC’s policies and expectations regarding your custom garment. This agreement is solely between the company and client(s) who are purchasing and/or therefore wearing the custom-made garment. Kechantra Marae, LLC is not obligated to discuss the agreement or its details with anyone other than the parties in this binding agreement.
