NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES ARE AVAILABLE FOR ANY ORDER. All of the items are uniquely handmade and require time and materials to complete. Each payment covers fabric/supplies, labor, and shipping. Each product is listed as FINAL SALE.
If there is a manufacture error on our end, please contact us within 72 hours of received delivery date (tracking number says delivered) with proof of the error.
SHIPPING
All products are shipped through USPS Priority Mail, 1-5 business day delivery AFTER your package has shipped. Please note that we are not responsible for any potential delay after the item has been shipped as it is provided by the carrier and may vary with package origin and destination. If you experience any delays or your package is lost, please contact your local USPS.
CUSTOM ORDERS
If you require anything custom such as size or design, please contact us through the site or at [email protected] for a consultation. Production time for custom orders vary between 2-4 weeks. All custom items are made to measurements taken/provided. If no measurements are provided, then they will be made by the general size provided. Cancellations are non-refundable. Once the garment is in your possession, any damages that occur are not our responsibility. If you have an issue with an item due to an error on our behalf, please contact us no later than 72 hours before the date the garment is needed.
